Abercairny Facilities

The Venue facility includes room(s) hire (the south range consists of an Entrance Hall (7x2.5m), the Thistle Hall (11.5x5.5m), side rooms for bar/ photo-booth etc (7x2.5m and 5x4.5m), Tower Room and balcony (7x5.5m), large balcony (6x4m), toilets, Wi-Fi, AV facilities and in the east range there is a prep room/ servery (7x5m) and dining room (19x5.5m), car park, courtyard (18x36m) and adjacent lawns or field for a marquee if required. The nearby terraced gardens are also available for photographs or a ceremony by arrangement.

Our rooms can accommodate weddings of up to 120 people using Thistle Hall for your ceremony and the dining hall for the meal. Some choose to hold their ceremony in the Italian Garden. The Courtyard is perfect for outdoor receptions and for bigger weddings or events we have created a marquee hard standing with a beautiful view looking over Strathearn.

We can supply 130 x ‘chiavari’ style chairs and uncovered trestle tables (4 x 4x2’, 4 x 6x2’, 17 x 6x3’ rectangular plus 8 x 5’ round) as part of the venue hire at no additional cost. Please ask for current stock. Separately hired or additional/alternative furniture eg. round tables plus coverings are usually provided by the caterer.
